A: Placing an order on our website is simple. Browse through our collection of hand-woven bags and accessories, select your desired items, and add them to your cart. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, proceed to the checkout page, and provide your shipping and payment details, then place your order. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Shipment of the bags will commence upon payment verification.

We accept payment through online or manual deposits to our BPI, BDO, or GCASH. Upon checkout, you’ll be provided with our bank details. Please wait for our quote before sending payment if your order exceeds the maximum quantity limit or needs a shipping fee quote. Your Invoice will be sent to you through email providing you with your total bill (including shipping fees and other charges that may be included). For Paypal account or credit card payments, a minimal 5% bank fees will apply to your total bill.
You should settle within 24 hours from checking out, otherwise your order will be canceled. Once you have settled your payment, kindly send us your proof of payment through any of our online channels, together with your Order Number for verification purposes.

A: We offer various shipping options for both domestic and international orders. The delivery times may vary depending on your location. After placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details to monitor the status of your package. Please take note that shipment is on the account of the buyer and will only commence upon payment verification.
Shipping Method and Lead Time:
- Metro Manila: 1-2 business days via GRAB/LALAMOVE
- MM/NCR: 3-5 business days via J&T Express
- Provincial (Philippines): 5-7 business days via J&T Express
- International: 1-2 weeks via DHL/LBC. Shipping fees will be quoted after checkout (approximately USD 50-80 per courier pouch, excluding customs tax which may vary per country)

A: Absolutely! We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your hand-woven bag or accessory, you can initiate a return within 2 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is UNUSED and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. For exchanges, follow our standard return process and specify your preference for an exchange when contacting our customer service team. You may exchange with any Speranza bag or accessory of at least the same price. Any price difference will be shouldered by the buyer.

A: Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authorities, and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

A: In case your preferred color, pattern and/or style is unavailable, you can pre-order your choice of bag by going directly to the “Pre-order My Speranza” page. Browse through our collection of Speranza bags and accessories, and select your desired base bag model. Once you have selected your base bag, choose your preferred color under Color 1. If your preferred base bag is a two toned type, you should be able to choose both Color 1 and Color 2. For references, browse through the Color Catalogue and Base Bag Model Catalogue provided on the page.
After you have selected your desired items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Provide your shipping and payment information on the Checkout page, then place your order. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that pre-order of items will have 2-4 weeks production lead time. Shipment of the bags will commence upon availability of the pre-ordered items with payment confirmation. We will inform you of the availability and delivery status of your order.

A: We have already discontinued some of our bags as we will be releasing new ones this 2024. However, if you want to order previous models or those that are not included in the Speranza Bag Model Catalogue, you can still pre-order it through our website's "Customize My Speranza" page. Simply attach the bag model you wish to order and we will assess the feasibility of production.
