Shipping Policy
- Shipping cost is on the account of the buyer.
- Shipping will only commence upon payment verification.
- For pre-ordered items, shipping will commence upon availability of the pre-ordered bag. You will be informed of the availability and delivery status of your bag.
- Shipping Method and Lead Time:
- Metro Manila: 1-2 business days via GRAB/LALAMOVE
- MM/NCR: 3-4 business days via J&T Express
- Provincial (Philippines): 5-7 business days via J&T Express
- International: 1-2 weeks via DHL/LBC. Shipping fees will be quoted after checkout (approximately USD 50-80 per courier pouch, excluding customs tax which may vary per country)
- Only 1-2 Speranza bags can fit in a large-sized courier pouch.
- Fragile items such as shell clutches and mother-of-pearl handles will be carefully packed in a box. A special handling shipping fee may apply.
- Delivery delays and/or surcharges may be expected due to weather conditions, the holiday season, and special events.
- Shipping fees quoted upon checkout are base fees only. Adjustments may apply depending on the delivery location, bag model, or quantity. The adjusted shipping fee will be reflected in the updated invoice sent via email after checkout.
